You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items. For other returns, a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return
Contact Us
Email us at returns@dridolz.com with your order number and reason for return. Or use our contact form.
Get Your Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Print it out and attach it to your package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any USPS location or schedule a pickup. You'll receive tracking information once it's scanned.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation!
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened pet food or treats
- Personal care items (if opened)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
Note: Defective or damaged items are always eligible for return, regardless of category. Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged product.
Damaged or Defective Items
We're so sorry if you received a damaged or defective item! This is rare, but we'll make it right immediately.
What to do:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund
